Installation Guide for the Madimack inverCHLOR 40 Salt and Mineral Pool Chlorinator
Choose the location: Mount the control unit on a wall near the filtration system, at least 3 metres from the pool water.
Prepare the plumbing: Install the cell housing horizontally as the final piece of equipment before the water returns to the pool.
Add salt or minerals: Ensure water balance and dissolve salt fully before powering on the unit (ideal 3000 ppm salt or 4200 ppm minerals).
Set up controls: Configure clock, pool size, mode (Auto/Manual), and salt type via the touchscreen.
Optional pH Doser: Mount separately in a ventilated area using the supplied tubing and connector
Maintenance Tips
Maintain ~3000 ppm salt or ~4200 ppm minerals for ideal operation.
Inspect cell monthly and clean only when scaling is visible.
Clean using 1 part acid to 10 parts water.
Lubricate O-rings every 6 months and replace if worn.
For pH Doser, lubricate squeeze tubes twice yearly and replace annually.
